Why I do this
I am James. Making websites is my job. I have lived in Bali for part of every year, and small businesses here have fed me, given me a room, driven me and cared for me.
Some of these businesses have no website. Others have one that does not show their work well. When I have time, I make a new one. I want to use some of my work for this island, not only for clients.
I make only a few each year, so I cannot say yes to everybody. I reply to every message.
The first website
How it works
You write to me
A few sentences is enough. I reply to every message and let you know whether I can help.
You choose a style
I send you a few designs and you choose the one you like.
I make it
Usually a few weeks, beside my paid work. You read every word before the website is published.
It goes live
I put the website online and keep it hosted. There is nothing for you to set up or pay.
Apply, or nominate someone
Send your own business, or another business: a warung where you eat, a driver, a family homestay. Please write in the language that is easiest for you.
